There are times in our life when we stop to think about where we would be if we had of made a different decision or taken the road less traveled, as Robert Frost wrote.  Many people look back and say, “I wish I had of done that differently, handled that another way, or zigged when others zagged.” 

 

Looking back doesn’t help you today.  Events in the past should remain there.  More important than where you are now, is where you will be in the future.   In order to reach the place you want to be in life, you should focus on positive aspects daily.  If you think positively, then positive things will happen.  If you do a little more today than you absolutely need to, then you are one step ahead of tomorrow. 

 

When you stop wasting time thinking about what you should’ve, could’ve, would’ve done, then you are on the right track.  There are things that I wish I did last week, last month and even last year that never got done.  But today, the reality is that I am working for a great company that revolves around positive change in the world.  Believing in TamPogo means we will save money and we will learn about products that can change our health, our sense of style or even our outlook on life.  Most importantly, we will help those in need.  The children suffering from malnutrition and outright starvation did not ask us for our help.   We chose to help and by making that right choice, those children are happier and healthier.  And that is something we all should feel really good about it.  At the end of July, two of our co-founders, Jeff Conrady and Dave Zinn will be traveling to visit the children in Nicaragua.  They will record video for us all to see. As a result, we will have a clearer vision as to why being part of TamPogo is the best decision one could ever make. 

 

Sitting here, almost in mid July, I think about the path that I chose that led us all together as one.  A great thing about TamPogo is that you receive money that can be used to support your family.  TamPogo is real. TamPogo is easy.  TamPogo can be a lot of fun!

True Leadership and The President's Circle

Dear iRep,

Less than six months ago, I asked a few key leaders at TamPogo for ideas on how to encourage and reward the largest business builders in our network.  From those abstract ideas, we created The President’s Circle and Power of Ten bonuses.  When I introduced these programs, there was no line of Pure Chemistry products.  In essence, I asked you to believe that I was going to quickly manufacture and introduce a wide range of great products to be labeled under the Pure Chemistry brand.  I told you as the products sold through real world wholesale channels, both here and abroad, that you would be share in the wealth.

I recognized that I was asking a lot from “networkers” as all of you have suffered from false promises and shattered hope at the hands of greedy, unscrupulous “pirates.”  But I had a “secret” back then.  I knew that for me to fulfill my promise and your dream, I only had to do two very fundamental things.  First, I simply had to recreate my personal history.  I have formulated countless products stretching across 4 different decades now, achieving billions of dollars in sales through mass market retail, specialty niche retail, direct response internet, TV, radio and through e-commerce.  All I needed to do was repeat what I have done my entire life.  For me, it was no more difficult than remembering when dressing which order my shoes and socks needed to put on my feet.   Secondly, I needed to act honestly and with integrity to follow through and reward the key players, as success was obtained .

I want to thank everyone who has believed in me and who has had the competency and perseverance to go forth and build our network, as was dictated by the initial vision.  As partners, together we have done a massively good job.

Let me take a moment and share with you the products that are now part of the actual Pure Chemistry line.  Most of these products have been created, labeled and introduced into retail.  The remaining few are in various stages of development but nearly all should be out in the market in 10-45 days.  When I actually took a few minutes recently to create this list, I was momentarily stunned at the outcome.  Two things jumped out at me.  First, the sheer number of products was mind numbing.  I actually stared at it for 5 minutes in near disbelief.  And second, more importantly, I was overwhelmed with the uniqueness and power of many of the products.  Pure Chemistry has incredible breakthrough products in areas which will dominate future commerce such as Prebiotics and Biostimulation.

Saving Lives Bonus

On a recent call, I alluded to a “breakthrough” that Pure Chemistry had in the laboratory that would have impact on the new MD Product Line that Pure Chemistry would be debuting in the near future.

 

Before describing this “breakthrough” in more depth, I would like to share a recent newspaper article that one of our iReps and Pure Chemistry cart owners, Alison H., sent to me.    For those of you concerned about your own health, the health of someone close to you or of becoming educated on a line of products that could dramatically improve your financial future, please read the following general, introductory article carefully.

After reading the above article, I would highlight the following passages:

"We usually think of ourselves as individual human bodies. But our bodies are in fact homes to complex communities of microbes that are integrally linked to us and have evolved alongside us. Your own unique communities begin forming at birth and are partially inherited from family members and partially shaped by your experiences and actions.

 

And these vast, invisible communities are more than just passengers, scientists suggest. They are a critical part of who we are. Microbes influence our health in far-reaching ways. Imbalances in bacterial communities are involved in conditions like eczema, psoriasis, gum disease, inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, and possibly evenautism. A growing body of evidence shows that bacteria play a role in obesity. It increasingly appears that microbes can communicate directly with our bodies by releasing chemicals that affect our own biology and even behavior. Some scientists argue that we shouldn’t see the human body as an individual entity but as part of a “superorganism” that includes all of its inhabitants living together.

 

We depend on certain microbes for functions such as digesting nutrients, but we also depend on the overall balance of microbial communities to prevent infections and keep us healthy. For instance, obesity is associated with different types of bacteria in the digestive tract, and their levels change with weight loss. These bacteria not only help to digest food but produce chemical signals that can influence whether our bodies burn the energy from food or store it as fat. A recent study in mice found that bacteria in the gut may even help drive appetite.

 

The fact that bacteria can have far-reaching influence on our biology requires us to view microbes in a new light. Most people consider bacteria to be agents of disease, and we don’t stop to consider the consequences of taking antibiotics or slathering on antibacterial lotions. Rob Knight, a microbiologist at the University of Colorado and co-author of the new study, says that a better approach is to think about “how to tend your unique microbial garden.” So far, we have been treating it with the equivalent of bulldozers and pesticides.  There might be a better way to cultivate communities of bacteria that aid our health.

 

Knight says that studying the microbiome requires a more ecological view of the human body. "The body is essentially a living island, with its own topography housing billions of inhabitants, which interact with one another and their host. Bacteria outnumber our own cells 10 to 1. Our understanding of our microbial selves is just beginning."

 

These passages underlie the “breakthrough” that I referred to on the call.  Recently, Pure Chemistry was able to positively influence the internal microbial environment with an all natural, prebiotic, biostimulant complex that depending on design was able to either stimulate incredible lean muscle gain or weight loss.

Step Two: Accumulate President’s Circle Bonus Pool Points

The President’s Circle Bonus Pool will be funded each month through the sale of various TamPogo products.  Each President’s Circle Member will have the opportunity to share in the distribution of the bonus pool based on accumulating points for specific activities within a calendar month – minimum 200 points to qualify for participation. A President’s Circle Member can accumulate an unlimited number of points.

 

Once all the qualifying points are totaled – that number will be divided by the total dollar amount of the President’s Circle Bonus Pool and a value will be determined for each qualifying point.  On the 10^th of the month, TamPogo will pay each qualified President’s Circle Member based on the number of points earned.  
Here's how you earn points:

 

1 Point for every dollar personally spent during the month on all Fast Track Products, including President’s Circle Product Packages (maximum 50 points).

 

25 Points for each President’s Circle Product Package you purchase each month ON AUTOSHIP.

 

10 Points for every personally enrolled iRep that purchases a President’s Circle Product Package on Monthly Autoship.

 

5 Points for each personally sponsored Direct Customer on Monthly Autoship.

5 Points for one month with every personally enrolled iRep who becomes active by making any Fast Track Product (excluding President’s Circle products) purchase that month (new or inactive).

 

30 Points if you have 10 or more active personally enrolled iReps.

 

10 Points for every Push Button Marketing Unit that you have active in April.

 

Remember, iReps must have a minimum of 200 points to qualify to participate in the President’s Circle Bonus pool. There is no limit to the number of points an iRep can accumulate.

 

Bonus Points for February:

 

In order to receive bonus points, you must already qualify with 200 President’s Circle points.

 

Earn 10 bonus points for personally enrolling 6 new iReps in April.

Earn 15 bonus points for personally enrolling 12 new iReps in April.

Earn 20 bonus points for personally enrolling 18 new iReps in April.

Earn 5 bonus points for every product you purchase from our NEW TamPogo President’s Circle Convenience Store Sale.

New iRep Appreciation Bonus

TamPogo is excited to announce the NEW iRep Appreciation Certificate Bonus.  But first, we want to re-visit an existing bonus that is about to close:  President's Circle Medallions.

 

Five months ago when TamPogo created the President’s Circle, our CEO told you the following:

Good Afternoon iReps,

 

The President’s Circle is growing each and every month as expected.  With the outside revenue beginning to increase, the outlook for future checks from these pools is incredible.  I know better than anyone what deals are on the horizon for Pure Chemistry products and would be remissed in my responsibilities to all of you if I did not tell you that a main priority in your future financial lives should be to qualify for the President’s Circle bonus pool at your soonest opportunity.

 

One criticism that I have received regarding the President’s Circle bonus is that some iReps believe that it favors the “elite” in affiliate marketing; those that are spectacular recruiters.  While I agree that it does favor those who can recruit, after all it is a participation bonus, I don’t think that recruiting five people total and one new a month ranks a person among the “elite” of affiliate marketing.  Just to be clear, we have been running the President’s Circle for five months which means all you need is one new recruit a month to qualify for a piece of all the money the bonus pool generates.  Seriously, that is an incredible payoff as this pool moves forward and grows.  Something that has never been done before in the history of marketing.

 

But I do listen to everyone and I try my best to understand and accommodate everyone.  As a result, I am introducing a new bonus pool that offers recent members an astounding payoff for simply being part of TamPogo in the recent past and, consistently, moving forward.  Here is the new bonus.

 

There are two simple requirements for eligibility:

 

1.  You must have purchased at least one fast track product or accumulated $10.00 in monthly volume at least one time between December 1, 2009 and March 19, 2010.  This erases anyone’s shortcoming in the past and gives everyone over a week to get themselves and all their friends eligible for the new bonus.

 

2.  You must purchase at least one Fast Track product or accumulate $10.00 in monthly volume each month for 5 consecutive months beginning March 2010 and ending July 2010.  In other words, you must be an active iRep in March, April, May, June and July.

 

Sounds pretty simple for everyone, right?  I really think I listened and created something achievable for everyone.  But what is the reward?  Where is the payoff?

 

If you are eligible by fulfilling both of the above requirements, I am doing something similar to what I did for the Medallion bonus.  Somewhere between now and August, TamPogo will announce the creation of a new product, most likely a high protein, no sugar food product since that market is accelerating faster than any market and can achieve mass market saturationin the blink of an eye.  Think ProCakes or maybe even something bigger (intrigued?..if you only knew)!  Each month we will take 25% of the gross profit (wholesale revenues less manufacturing cost of product) and divide it among those eligible.  Using this formula, Pure Chemistry is basically giving away its entire profit on the product to TamPogo.  Why would we do this?  Because we can.  As you already know, we are always seeking ways to share the wealth. 

 

I told everyone on my very first call for TamPogo that the whole reason I am committed to this company is that I believe that we can create a new model for a world market economy that favors the people rather than abuses them.  It’s an economically feasible model if greed was actively selected against.  Gas only costs $3.00 a gallon due to unprecedented oil company profits most every quarter, even while the American public suffers through massive unemployment, mass foreclosures and sticker shock nearly everywhere.  While I never expect Shell to give every loyal Shell user, a lion’s share of their corporate profit, there are a number of retail models that could benefit from a mutual loyalty.

 

Each month you will continue to receive your bonus check as long as you remain Active at TamPogo and as long as the product is on the market.  If during any month you fail to stay Active, you lose your position in the pool and the monthly sales money gets distributed to those remaining.

 

Think about this.  In August, Pure Chemistry is very likely to have 500+ carts in shopping malls throughout North America.  Your bonus product can go directly into retail distribution and create the buying intensity necessary for the Convenience Store and Big Box market to jump on it immediately.  If you do the math from this, you are likely to need a new calculator.  And the beauty of this bonus is that come March 19, 2010 there are a maximum number of iReps that can be involved.  That number can decrease through monthly attrition but can never grow.  What that means is that your first check is likely to be very big and as sales increase your checks can only grow.  In fact, if we introduce the product prior to August we will accumulate the money each month and hold it for disbursement with your first check when due.  And all you need to do is buy a one small Fast Track product (or accumulate $10 in monthly volume) for 5 months including March to get your share of this monster pie.

 

There is no way any iRep can lose.  Our iRep Appreciation Certificate Bonus rewards you for being consistently Active in TamPogo, even if only for 5 short months.  While we recommend that you recruit others to build your downline, get on Autoship and get Active for the President’s Circle – you don’t need to do any of these things to earn your piece of this incredible bonus.  This bonus is in addition to any bonus that you are already eligible for or could be eligible in the future.  The only person who does not benefit from this is the person who joins after March 19th.  But even for them, and all of you, as long as you keep your eyes and ears open you will find another super spectacular bonus to benefit from by being part of TamPogo.

 

I listened to everyone and, yes, I truly think that TamPogo just achieved another marketing FIRST.
