Another day where I simply wasn’t hungry. If I am not hungry it is hard for me to
force myself to eat. It just ends

Weigh In: 257
The law of
averages caught up with me and I didn’t lose anything despite the fact that I
didn’t eat very much yesterday. Today
I have a breakfast date at the Casino so I will be in the middle of another 7
restaurant buffet. I won’t overeat
but I will get my share of varied calories.
No changes for
today either. I don’t like
tinkering with things when I am in the middle of the calories burning and hyper
energy zone.
