Weigh In: 259.5
Interesting, I reached my new goal immediately. I guess I will try to create a very short pressure packed one day goal and say I want to lose a minimum of one half pound today and a total of one pound by Monday. I have dinner out a couple times this weekend and while I definitely don’t overeat, I like to enjoy myself a tad bit more and engage in a small bit of social eating.
I hope to have a great, productive day today. I woke up feeling bloated again, even though I lost the weight. The second half of my dinner from the night before make me feel about the same as the first half did. I eat so little red meat anymore that it really puts my stomach is super bloat mode, even as little as 4 ounces.
No new changes today. I like what is happening and I just want to run with it. I am feeling it!
