Index: 0 Today was a fasting day. Which I actually like for myself due to
the fact that I am pretty fair health.
I don’t recommend fasting for everyone but I like it for myself
personally, now and then. By the
way I feel better today than I have in ages! How is everyone doing out there with the
weight loss? Truthfully, if you
can lose 8 to 10 pounds per month on a consistent basis then any kind of total
weight loss is possible. Even if
you were like me and over 100 pounds heavier than you would like, you are
really only a year away (or less) from complete change. March 3, 2010 Weigh In: 261 I feel amazing

I am still off the pound a day long term goal but I am not counting
myself out yet. No new change
