I have to find a
way to increase my motivation in the mid part of this program. I really think no matter how fast
weight loss occurs we all want it to happen faster. I better stay focused on the process and not think too much
about the outcomes or the speed it occurs.
No new changes
today. I feel pretty good about my
overall program.
