So I am still
bloated even after extra, extra fiber.
What is that all about? And
my weight is staying steady. I
have to beat this feeling as it is definitely not comfortable. I don’t like feeling “full” all the
time. I like feeling light and
just a little hungry.
No changes today
until I can figure out the bloat.
