I never calculate my calories on buffet
days….too tough.
I am taking a few days off to rest my
knees. It’s been over three weeks
since I stopped Tylenol and some days it’s a little bit of a challenge to keep
the positive sensation re-labeling program on track. Walking day after day while important just makes the process
tougher. The truth is that I
really am a severely disabled person even though I refuse to admit that to
myself. I will keep running around
the physical maze until I find the magic opening that lets me be bone healthy
again.
March 8, 2010
Weigh In: 257
Wow! I woke up today feeling more bloated
than a goat. I didn’t overeat
yesterday even though it was a massive buffet. And although I had a few extra carbs, I stuck mostly
to protein. Why I am feeling so
bloated today is anyone’s guess.
Going to try to combat this with extra fiber.
Well, I am 2/3rds
of the way through my 100 day program.
At 1/3rd of the way my goals for the second 1/3rd
to fit into XL shirts without noticeable bulge in the stomach and to fit
comfortably into size 38 pants. My
guess as to what my weight I would have to be was about 240.
I made some great
strides in this time period but I am nowhere near the 240 weight mark. Seventeen pounds. All my extra large shirts are
loose but I still have a stomach there.
And I cannot quite get into the 38 pants. 40 is comfortable for me now. I missed those goals but feel confident at 240 I will
actually be there. I guess that means
that as the program draws to an end I won’t look fat….and I will be comfortable
in 38 pants.
My short term
goal was far surpassed actually on the day after I made it. At 257, I am on track and doing well.
No changes today;
I feel like a float in the Macy’s Parade.
